Instructions for LLL Programme Registrations

You can search for advertised programmes and then register in several sections of the LLL Portal. 
In this guide, we will use the 'Registration for LLL Programmes' section on the home page.

The following section displays a list of all programmes for which registration is open. You can click on the programme details (using the green button) for more information about the programme or click on the programme name to see the dates and payment information
If you are interested in applying for a programme, click the shopping cart button.

In the next step, you will need to log in to the system. This depends on whether you are an external user, a Palacký University Olomouc employee or student, or a University of the Third Age participant.

After logging in or registering in the system, you will be redirected to a form to complete your login. After filling in all the required information and clicking on the Log in button, you will be logged in to your selected program.

 

If you have registered for a programme that requires you to sign a participation agreement, you will receive an email asking you to accept it. This email will be sent as soon as the administrator issues a request in the system.

There are two ways to accept the agreement:
Either click on the link in the email to be redirected to a page with the draft agreement and attachments
or
log into the LLL Portal and select 'My LLL' > 'Contract'.

The accompanying image shows the contract text (green "Preview" button) and attachments, along with the button for approving the contract.

 

Once you have accepted the participation agreement, you will be required to pay the amount to which you have committed under the terms of the contract.
You can find the payment details by logging into the LLL Portal and selecting 'My LLL' > 'Payments'.

You can then generate the relevant payment details by clicking either the 'Pro-forma proof of payment' or 'Pro-forma proof of payment with a different payer' button.

You can pay by bank transfer, but we prefer card payments as they are faster and less prone to errors. Click the 'Pay on-line' button to proceed to the payment gateway.

Once your payment has been processed, you will be able to generate payment receipts here.

 

Note: This feature is only available to external users of the system and U3A participants.
Users who log in via the university’s single sign-on system (UP employees and students) should change their password on the UP Portal.


To set a new password, use the 'Forgotten Password' feature on the system login page, whether you've forgotten it or need to change it for another reason.
