Micro-credentials and Internationally recognized courses
Lifelong learning programmes with micro-credential
Lifelong learning programmes with a micro-credential (hereinafter referred to as micro-credentials) represent a completely new way to expand knowledge and strengthen competences. The micro-credential should allow a better response to labour market demands and enable participants to extend their education to a highly professional level and based on verifiable quality. The micro-credentials at Palacký University Olomouc (hereinafter referred to as UP) are based on the resulting methodologies developed within the framework of the National Renewal Plan. Each micro-credential at UP is approved by the Coordination Council for Lifelong Learning, which guarantees the necessary quality. The micro-credentials at UP reflect the concept of the ECTS credit system and the European Qualifications Framework EQF. All micro-credentials at UP are linked to the curriculum in the IS/STAG.
The implementers of the micro-credential at UP are individual faculties or facilities of UP, which provide more detailed information on their websites. Registration is possible through the Lifelong Learning Portal.
