Anotace programu/kurzu:
This course is designed for university staff (academic and non-academic) interested in enhancing mental health and well-being in the higher education setting. Through interactive workshops, participants will explore the current state of well-being in academic institutions, learn methods to measure psychological wellness, and practice concrete techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation strategies, and micro-pauses. They will also develop strategic steps for embedding a culture of well-being within their departments.

Support the mental health and well-being of university employees by providing concrete tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and strengthen resilience in the academic workplace.

The LLL programme is designed for the staff of Palacký University in Olomouc
Profil absolventa:
A graduate will understand of well-being, mental health, and personal resilience within an academic/work environment. They will be skilled in applying evidence-based techniques for stress management, mindfulness, recovery breaks, and burnout prevention. The graduate will be able to implement measurement tools for psychological well-being (surveys, indicators), and design departmental or institutional strategies for enhancing staff wellness. They will also have facilitation skills, enabling them to educate colleagues and foster cultural change toward holistic well-being.
