Annotation of the programme:
Leadership at a university is not about giving orders. You lead colleagues and teams through trust, influence, and the sense of purpose you are able to convey. This is a different-and more demanding-form of leadership. This practical four-hour course is designed for women in leadership positions at Palacký University who want to lead authentically, confidently, and without fear. It will not be a lecture, but an opportunity to work with your own real-life situations. We will explore the challenges women in academic leadership face most often: how to maintain perspective and resilience, how to set healthy boundaries and say NO without feeling guilty, and how to communicate clearly while remaining respectful. Grounded in 25 years of professional experience, the course offers practical, concrete, and immediately applicable insights.
